How is Keen different from an Employer of Record (EOR)?
A traditional Employer of Record handles employment, payroll, and compliance. Keen EOR Plus+ does that, then adds the parts most EORs leave on you: recruitment, equipment, office space, HR support, in-office management, and long-term team success. With Keen, you are not paying a markup for paperwork. You are building a full-time team with the operating layer around it.
Is Keen a recruitment agency?
No. Recruitment is included, but Keen is not a recruitment agency. A recruiter finds candidates and steps away. Keen recruits, employs, equips, manages, and supports every hire from our Cape Town HQ, so the person you hire is set up to perform long after the role is filled.
